If you contact StayOnHealth, you may provide:

The Contact form is not designed for medical consultation.
Please do not send medical records, diagnostic images, test results, genetic information, detailed medical histories, or other sensitive health information.
If such information is sent without being requested, StayOnHealth may delete it where appropriate and will not use it to create a medical record or provide individualized treatment.

Like most websites, the Site and its technical service providers may automatically process limited information necessary to deliver and protect the Site, such as:
- Internet Protocol address;

- operating system;
- referring page;
- requested pages or files;
- date and time of a request;
- server and security logs;

- protecting the Site from malicious activity.
StayOnHealth does not intentionally use this technical information to infer an identifiable visitor’s disease, diagnosis, medical condition, or treatment status.
6. Cloudflare Turnstile
The Contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic and help prevent spam and abuse.
Turnstile may process technical signals such as IP address, browser information, user-agent information, and related security signals for this purpose.
Turnstile is used for site security, not for advertising or health profiling.
StayOnHealth does not send the contents of your Contact-form message to Cloudflare for advertising purposes.
Cloudflare processes information under its own applicable privacy documentation and contractual arrangements.
7. Hosting and Technical Providers
StayOnHealth currently uses Hostinger for website hosting and related technical infrastructure.
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information, server logs, backups, security information, and information necessary to deliver website functions.
StayOnHealth may also use ordinary email, SMTP, DNS, backup, security, and website-maintenance providers where reasonably necessary to operate the Site.
These providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary for the service they perform.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
StayOnHealth follows a minimal-data approach.
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies that are reasonably necessary for:
- website operation;
- security;
- fraud and bot prevention;
- maintaining technical sessions; or
- remembering settings required for a requested function.
At the effective date of this Policy, StayOnHealth does not intentionally use cookies for:
- behavioral advertising;
- remarketing;
- cross-site advertising profiles; or
- health-based advertising.
StayOnHealth also does not intentionally use non-essential analytics or marketing technologies for ordinary visitors at launch.
If non-essential analytics, advertising, or comparable tracking tools are introduced later, the Site’s notices and consent mechanisms will be reviewed before activation where required.
9. Legal Basis and Purpose
Personal information is processed only where there is an appropriate reason under applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include processing necessary to:
- respond to a request you have made;
- operate and secure the Site;
- maintain legitimate editorial and administrative correspondence;
- prevent abuse or fraud;
- comply with a legal obligation; or
- establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
Where applicable law requires consent for a particular activity, StayOnHealth will seek that consent separately.
Submitting the Contact form is not treated as consent to unrelated advertising or email marketing.
10. Sharing of Information
StayOnHealth does not sell personal information.
Information may be made available only where reasonably necessary to:
- website hosting and infrastructure providers;
- security providers;
- email and communications providers;
- technical contractors acting on StayOnHealth’s instructions;
- professional advisers where reasonably necessary; or

Personal information will not be supplied to advertisers for their independent health profiling or direct marketing.
11. International Processing
StayOnHealth is based in Türkiye but uses internet infrastructure that may involve service providers or systems located in other countries.
As a result, limited technical or correspondence data may be processed outside Türkiye or outside the country in which a visitor is located.
Where applicable law requires particular safeguards for such processing or transfer, StayOnHealth will take the measures required for the relevant service and circumstances.
The use of an international service provider does not change the purposes described in this Policy.
12. Data Minimization
StayOnHealth aims to collect only information reasonably necessary for the function being used.
The Contact form therefore should not request medical histories, health records, dates of birth, identification numbers, payment information, or similar information.
Contact information will not be repurposed into a newsletter or marketing database without a separate future process where appropriate.
13. Retention
Personal information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was processed.
For example:
- correspondence may be retained while an enquiry or professional conversation remains relevant;
- technical logs may be retained for security and operational periods determined by the Site or its providers;
- information connected with a legal dispute, security incident, or legal obligation may be retained for longer where necessary.
When information is no longer reasonably needed, it may be deleted, anonymized, or allowed to expire through normal technical retention and backup cycles.
14. Security
StayOnHealth uses reasonable technical and administrative measures appropriate to a small editorial website.
These may include:
- encrypted web connections;
- controlled administrative access;
- software updates;
- spam and bot protection;
- reputable hosting;
- backups; and
- data minimization.
No internet service, email system, or website can guarantee absolute security.
For this reason, do not send sensitive medical records or other confidential health information through ordinary website forms or email.
15. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies to the processing of your information, you may have rights to:
- ask whether personal information about you is being processed;
- request access to personal information;
- request correction of inaccurate information;

StayOnHealth may request reasonable information to confirm that a request concerns the correct person.
Where applicable law gives you a right to raise a matter with a competent public authority, that legal right is unaffected by this Policy.
16. United States Readers
StayOnHealth is accessible to readers in the United States but does not operate as a U.S. healthcare provider, personal health record, health application, or patient-data service.
StayOnHealth does not intentionally collect identifiable medical histories from U.S. readers and does not intentionally infer a reader’s medical condition from the articles they view for advertising or profiling purposes.
U.S. readers may use the Site subject to this Policy and any mandatory protections that apply under applicable law.
17. European and Other International Readers
StayOnHealth is an international English-language publication based in Türkiye.
Readers may access the Site from Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, and other jurisdictions.
Where a particular privacy law applies to a specific processing activity, StayOnHealth will respect the mandatory rights and obligations applicable to that activity.
The mere availability of editorial material in another country does not change StayOnHealth into a healthcare provider in that jurisdiction.
18. Children
StayOnHealth is written for a general adult readership and does not intentionally solicit personal information from children through the Contact form.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has submitted personal information that should be removed, they may contact:

Those websites have their own privacy practices and are responsible for their own collection and use of information.
This Privacy Policy applies only to StayOnHealth’s own processing.
20. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated if the Site’s technology, services, or legal obligations materially change.
The most recent revision date will appear at the top of this page.
A material new use of personal information will not be hidden within an unrelated policy update where applicable law requires separate notice or consent.
